Had a rant but ran out of steam

Recently I’ve been more conscious of my clavicle. It’s not like I don’t eat. I do, unhealthy amounts of chicken skin, mayonnaise and all (am trying to rectify my artery-clogging habits… eventually).

Thursday was FANTASTIC

at night only.

Mumble’s class was for critique. He liked my use of colours in my Maya modelings (saying how they were arty), but I’m highly suspicious that he said all these nice things and didn’t criticise my previous 2 assignments much because I wear a bra :(

Oh wait, he did provide a comment to improve on my first assignment. I think he said to have a little more variety. Okay, wrongly accused. But still.

I am also quite amused by the video file in my empty bug assignment folder (I didn’t hand it in). He had put the video file and it played the word “slacker” zooming in and out of the z-axis. Wah lau thanks man XD

This also means that I’d probably have a slacker grade too. Oh wells.

After his class I met up with Ade and Sheena and we went over to Smitten’s party at Thumper. Ade brought Skinny!

I had no idea that it was a club.

We had to register ourselves before being admitted. Thumbprints! Cool.

But there you go. Vodka and cranberry. Nice.

What I did on Wednesday night

St. James was horribly disappointing in the music. The beats were so slow that we left after drinking and giving the leftover coupons to the girls behind us. Sheena’s sister was appalled.

Drama Mama

If you’re not in the know, there’s been so much drama on the internet recently that I’ve been loathe to blog about anything much…. Although being out and about so much (for my lazy-backside standards) did have a part to play for that hiatus.

Well then. First off was my own personal little WordPress account suspension. It lasted a few hours, but I felt betrayed, panicked, and then the resignation that came with the realisation that this could mark the end of blogging on my part as I knew it for an indefinite time.

But I won’t. Because I’m narcissistic and bored.

One by one they fly

Eve leaves today for a Germany. I just got a message from Kooling that she leaves for Korea today too. Puey has already left to dig soil on Monday. I wonder if Ade is making coffee every morning for her ang moh bosses. I’ve yet to catch any germs from the clinic.

I know we’ll all be working in different professions in the future. It’s a bit lonely to think of it like that, when I knew all of them when we were doing the same things, having a common ground. I wonder if we’d be like those women who meet up for high tea and just catch up. That’s a thought.

Work Today After Clubbing

It’s the fourth day at work and I am slowly getting the hang of things. But there are still shitloads I need to get familiar with, and it is taxing my brain come next week when Wei leaves for a week on holiday and I man the front alone.

Wei is absolutely nice. And she knows Bfff. And recognises Leaves (in her words, “Is it the one with the doll face?“) in the Pharmacy department. Small world :)

Today Dr. M called me into the room to help her with cleaning some conducting equipment of the glue while the patient was still lying on the bed.

I took a look at the expanse of skin unusually uncovered before it slowly registered at the back of my mind that oh, those were breasts.
