Not saying much, but.

Bombed my presentation yesterday. Well, at least it confirms the suspicion that hard work does not necessarily bring equal results. I’d probably fail most of my subjects if it does anyway :P

Ruru fetched me to school! Damn fun, though it was the first time I’d heard of the $2 Macdonald’s breakfast not being available on public holidays.

After class we went to IMM to walk around and have lunch. Shasha bought a baseball from Daiso. Win!

Later I went to meet Irv and Zee at Starbucks. Zee brought his Nikon D40x. It is love:

Gacha & Oekaki

Last night I realised that I forgot my password for repainting on Shasha’s oekaki board, so in a fit of self-destruction, I went over to oekakibbs.com to draw poodle girl.

Turns out Shasha’s admin status can change passwords! So today I finally coloured the lineart I did that time Shasha and I drew on her board during Mumble’s class on Thursday.

I really miss oekaki. And I think I like poodle girl.

Yesterday Shasha and I went for the manga illustration showcase. Luckily we spotted YingT, or we’d never have found the actual venue. The showcase was a disappointment to my imagination :(

But then Shasha wanted to go play with the Gacha (I call it tikam) machines at Toys R Us and I don’t normally play those because I think it’s a waste of money, but Shasha was so enthusiastic and I’d worked in the clinic that morning anyway, so I spent $8 on 2 Gintama figurines and 1 Micky Mouse Maracas. Got the desired Gintama figurine on the second try and the Mickey Mouse one on the first. Lucky~!*

Not so lucky for Shasha, who wanted Gintoki, but at least she got that bomb character she was raving about :D

And then I bought a pair of very comfortable pointy, low-heeled black looks-like-no-nonsense-work matte shoes from Noda.

I feel the oekaki bug bugging me. Nooooooooo.
